USF PRSSA Fundraiser Bowl

USF PRSSA invites you to participate in our first flag football fundraiser tournament!  If you don’t want to play in the tournament but still want to socialize, eat some food and maybe have a little fun in some side games, we encourage you to still come!

What: For those who wish to participate in the tournament, here is how the tournament is set up:

  • The 7 on 7 tournament will be pool play followed by a championship game.
  • The tournament will feature up to 8 teams.
  • $49 to enroll a 10 person team ( 3 extra players to switch out during game) before 3/30.
  • $40 to enroll a 7 person team before 3/30
  • Individual entry is $5 before 3/30

When: April 2 ~ registration starts at 12:30 ~ event is 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Magnolia fields

Side Games: The tournament will also feature a variety of side games. Attendees will be able to participate in games including the longest throw, longest kick and 40 yard dash for just $1.

Prizes: An engraved trophy and special champion t-shirts will be awarded to the winner flag football team. The individual winner of  the side games will receive a $10 gift card to Applebee’s.

 Well what’s this for you ask?

Any funds will be used toward sending a representative to the National PRSSA Leadership Rally June 3-6 in Scottsdale, Arizona for leadership training and workshops to improve our chapter. Funds are also needed to launch a separate website for KnoBull PR, our student-run PR firm at USF.

You can submit money on our venmo account @USFPRSSA or at the next PRSSA meeting on March 31st at 6pm in CIS 1046.
