From USF New Student Connections rep:
I’m the current marketing intern for USF New Student Connections, which is an office in the Marshall Student Center that helps freshmen and transfer students make new friends, find the resources they need for success at USF and give returning students the chance to be campus leaders. We’re currently recruiting for a new marketing intern to take over once I graduate.
Major duties of the job include managing the office’s digital communication (social media, website, etc.), creating content for online and print use (videos, graphics, promotional materials) and coming up with new and exciting ways to market the office to students who could find it helpful. The internship pays $10/hour for 15 hours/week. We’re looking for someone to fill the position from April 2018 to May 2019. I’ve been here for a year and a half and learned so much, so it’s a great opportunity! If any students are interested in applying, they can email me at email@example.com
or apply on Handshake here.
I’ve attached the official job description to this email as well!
We also share an office space with Parent & Family Programs, and they are currently looking for a marketing & communications intern as well. This is a new role for the office, so the student will have a chance to help shape it. The student will work 10-15 hours a week and needs to have federal work study to qualify. If they’re interested, they should email Jessica Fitzgerald at firstname.lastname@example.org.
